For 38 years, Kyoshi Susan Budge, 7th degree black belt and Director has been teaching at Omine Karate Dojo and with her brother, Sensei Alex Borger, 5th dan since 1990. The “dojo,” (a place where the “Way” is taught) opened at this location on El Camino Real in January 1973.

Kyoshi and Sensei Alex’s combined experience of over 70 years in the art of Karate is lovingly shared with their students, and guides each student’s personal development towards inner strength, harmony, and extraordinary physical ability.
