Slow Karate:
Thursday Evenings by appointment and Friday evenings 5:50 - 6:30 pm
A slower moving Beginners' class for seniors, people with minor physical problems, and others who'd like to start off without all the speed and power. No tuition charge for the first month. After free trial lessons, a charge for a uniform and our karate text book is requested.
